Mike has many years of experience in the business world. He has worked overseas and in the US on several different business ventures. He has a vast range of experience from education to athletic training. His vision for Sophos is to help small businesses thrive and realize their potential.
Ryan Rainbolt
Managing Director
Ryan has worked overseas in a number of different roles as a consultant and Manager. He runs the day to day operations at Sophos and is excited to be a part of the team. Ryan enjoys traveling, being outdoors and playing with this children. He is married to Sarah and they have three children, Josiah, Daniel and Abby Grace.
